OUR PROCESS

We have made our ordering process as simple as possible to meet your specific branding needs. Whether you need screen printing or embroidery on some apparel, or you need to put your logo on a fun promotional product, our Customer Care Team is ready to help you tell your story. Our process begins with you. If you bring your idea to us, we can bring that idea to life.

01 YOUR IDEA

It all starts when you have an idea, logo or design that you want to put on a shirt or a promotional product.

02 OUR EXPERTS

Our Customer Care team members are apparel and product experts. They can find you any option to meet your style & budget. Stop by our showroom, give them a call or send an email.

03 YOUR APPROVAL

Once you land on a specific product, you will be sent a Quote from us that you will approve. After you approve the Quote, our Art team will work on an Art Proof for you to approve so that we can print your idea.

04 OUR WORK

After you approve both the Quote and Art Proof, our Ordering team will order your products. As soon as we receive the product in, our Production team will get to work printing your awesome product, and making sure that it looks amazing.

05 YOUR STORY TOLD

Once your screen printing, embroidery or promotional product is finished, you will get an email from us letting you know that your order is ready to be picked up or shipped. Your satisfaction is our priority. Your idea has now been brought to life and your story is ready to be shared!
